My personal favorite.
The wood, ranges from bright orange to deep reds and dark purple, as well as various browns. Beautiful color and grain with fine texture. Beautiful when polished.
Cocobolo is one of the heaviest woods and most solid woods that is suitable for street duty. Breakage is most commonly unheard of.

This wood can take a beating, but I do recommend an occasional coat of good quality clear "Carnauba" wood polish or even clear "Carnauba" car wax such as "Mother's" car wax to help maintain it's natural beauty.

Cocobolo, as with most woods tend to darken with age. The wax helps to preserve the woods beauty and act as a barrier from the oils from your hand. Further information on the care of this stick can be furnished by sending an e-mail to me. My method of finish allows you to care for your stick without a lot of time spent in the process.

It sounds like a lot of care, but not really. The wood is very stable. I just like to keep all my wood items bright and shiny, even if it does have few battle dings.
